Market Art Fair

Berg Gallery, SE

Founded in 2016, Berg Gallery is a contemporary art gallery located in Stockholm Gallery District.

Since its inception, the gallery has focused on material-based and three-dimensional art. Berg Gallery represents, with long-term commitment, both established and emerging artists sharing a special interest in materiality, tactility, handicraft, and the artistic process. A wide range of media, such as sculpture, painting, drawing, textile, and installation, can be traced among the represented artists.

Each year, the gallery presents 10 to 15 exhibitions at its main premises in Stockholm, featuring both solo and group shows. Additionally, Berg Gallery has participated in several international art fairs, including Market Art Fair, Enter, CHART, and Art Brussels.

This year's presentation

Berg Gallery presents a selection of works by Elizabeth Thun, Sylvia Naimark and Amalia Bille– three different artists whose individual practices converge through explorations of the interrelation between human experience and the physical world. Each artist approaches themes of transformation and the fluidity of presence, while straddling the line between abstraction and figuration. The presentation at Market Art Fair 2025 features paintings by Elizabeth Thun and Sylvia Naimark, as well as sculptures by Amalia Bille.
