Market Art Fair handles your personal information according to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), implemented in Sweden 25 May 2018. We strive to limit the amount of personal information collected and stored to purposes necessary for our operations and your benefit.

The data that we collect from you is kept within the European Economic Area (“EEA”), but may also be transferred to and processed in a country outside of the EEA. We ensure that any such transfer of your personal data will be carried out in compliance with applicable laws. We do not share personal information with partners or third parties for marketing purposes. We do not keep data longer than necessary to provide the services mentioned above.
What information do we collect and store?
Contact information such as your name, address, telephone number and email address; to provide relevant information and news about the fair such as newsletters or other marketing material. The contact information may also be used for surveys about the fair.

For invited guests we collect information such as your name, email address, address and telephone number to provide VIP services, such as invites for the fair, VIP events or programmes. This can include information on earlier participations at VIP events or programmes, as well as occupational information, such as your job title and the name of the company where you are currently employed. To coordinate VIP services we may also store information on family relations; strictly limited to the name of your spouse or partner, when you are invited as a couple.

What are my rights?
We do not keep data longer than necessary to provide the services mentioned above. You can access your personal data at any time and you can verify/correct their accuracy. You can also request the removal of your personal data. To exercise these rights you can contact info@marketartfair.com. You can opt out from receiving marketing material by following the instruction in each marketing email.
