Rediscover the highlights of SEB’s curated collaboration with Market Art Fair—a unique one-day exhibition celebrating art and partnerships.

In 2023, SEB marked a significant milestone in its commitment to the Nordic contemporary art scene by becoming the Lead Partner of Market Art Fair. This partnership launched a multi-year collaboration aimed at supporting the region’s artists and gallerists through year-round initiatives that highlight SEB’s contributions to the contemporary art landscape. As part of this dedication, SEB hosted a memorable private curated exhibition in the autumn of 2023, transforming their historic vault at Kungsträdgården into an extraordinary gallery space. Sweden’s most renowned galleries participated, offering artists a unique opportunity to showcase their work in a setting that harmoniously combined history and contemporary art.

In their roles, gallerists are not only curators of art; they are also entrepreneurs who are shaping the cultural landscape by promoting and showcasing the works of talented artists. Their roles extend beyond the gallery walls as they navigate the complex intersection of art, commerce, and creativity. Through their partnership, SEB helps these entrepreneurs unlock new opportunities and drive innovation in the art industry, ultimately contributing to the continued vibrancy and sustainability of the contemporary art scene.
